Oleh karena itu kinerja guru sangat penting dalam proses pembelajaran. Pencapaian kinerja guru yang maksumal, tentu tidak terlepas dari manajemen sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi, budaya kerja dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah baik secara parsial maupun secara silmultan terhadap kinerja guru pada SMP Negeri 01 Kampar Kiri. Penelitian ini lebih dominan menggunakan data primer dan didukung dengan data sekunder. Data diperoleh melalui intervieu, kuesioner, file riset. Responden penelitian adalah guru SMP Negeri 01 Kampar Kiri yang berjumlah 31 orang. Analisis data dilakukan dengan model regresi linerar berganda, dan pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan SPSS Versi 22.00
Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data, dapat disimpulkan bahwa motivasi, budaya kerja, dan kepemimpinan secara empiris terbukti berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja guru kinerja guru SMP Negeri 1 Kampar Kiri. Artinya jika terjadi perubahan pada motivasi, maka kinerja guru juga akan berubah dengan perubahan arah yang sama, dengan asumsi variabel lain konstan. Begitu juga dengan budaya kerja, jika terjadi perubahan budaya kerja ke arah yang lebih baik, maka kinerja guru juga akan berubah dengan asumsi variabel lain. Hal yang sama untuk variabel kepemimpinan, jika terjadi perubahan dalam kepemimpinan, maka kinerja juga akan berubah dengan asumsi variabel lain konstan. Kemudian secara simultan, juga terbukti bahwa motivasi, budaya kerja dan kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru SMP Negeri 1 Kampar Kiri, yang terbukti dari hasil uji F, dimana nilai signifikandi F hitung lebih rendah dari nilai alpha.

The analysis used in this research is a multiple linear analysis with a total of 121 respondents. Hypothesis testing was tried with the F test and t test. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that simultaneously and partially capability and authority affect the intellectual capital of employees. Bio Cycle Indo in Tapung District. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis with a sample of 80 employees. Based on the results of the study, there is a significant relationship between work motivation and work discipline, either simultaneously or partially on employee performance. Work motivation and work discipline have an effect on employee performance by 66.0%. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji secara simultan dan parsial. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa kepemimpinan dan motivasi secara simultan dan parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja Guru di SMK Negeri 1 Bangkinang. Keeratan hubungan yang sangat kuat antara kepemimpinan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja dengan kontribusi sebesar 86, 40%, ditentukan oleh variabel kepemimpinan dan motivasi. There are so many factors that can affect human resources in carrying out their performance. There are factors that come from within HR itself and from outside itself. Many factors can improve employee performance, including creating a conducive work environment, work discipline and high work commitment. This research was conducted at PT. Adhiyasa Bangkinang, Kampar Regency. The purpose of this study is to see and analyze the effect of work discipline, organizational commitment and work environment variables on employee performance either partially or simultaneously. The research population was all employees, totaling 31 people and all of them were used as samples. The data used are primary data and secondary data obtained from questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out with multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing was carried out through t test and F test with 5% alpha. Wahyu Rintiyani Perkasa Bangkinang. The population in this study were all employees at PT. Wahyu Rintiyani Perkasa Bangkinang, totaling 52 employees. Determination of the sample in this study using the saturated census method so that the number of samples in this study were 52 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression models. Based on the results of the simultaneous test, the skill and work environment variables have a significant effect on the performance of employees at PT. Wahyu Rintiyani Perkasa Bangkinang. Meanwhile, based on the partial test results, the skill and work environment variables have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Wahyu Rintiyani Perkasa Bangkinang. The close relationship that occurs between the skill and work environment variables on employee performance at PT. Wahyu Rintiyani Perkasa Bangkinang is very strong with a correlation coefficient (R) of 87.4%. Meanwhile, the contribution of skill and work environment variables to employee performance at PT.
